THIRD PARTY LIABILITY

REFUNDS

19. Due to the nature of services provided by Mel, all sales are final and nonrefundable. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site.

DISCLAIMER AND LIABILITY ON SERVICES AND PRODUCTS

20. Mel cannot and does not guarantee results since your own personal success depends on many factors that Mel has no control over, including your willingness and desire to affect the changes inside of yourself.

Mel is a Certified Coach, RTT Therapist and a Clinical Hypnotherapist. Mel does not diagnose, treat disease and is not a physician. Insatiable Mel’s services or products do not substitute, diagnose or replace treatment from a qualified medical practitioner. It is your responsibility to seek advice from your medical practitioner before participating in any of Insatiable Mel’s services or products.

You are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction (if different than eighteen (18) years of age). If you are a minor, you must have sufficient consent from your parent, or legal guardian.

By completing any transaction on this site, you are agreeing to the terms disclosed within this Agreement regarding Insatiable Mel’s services or products.

1. This site is owned and operated by Insatiable Mel with its website located at ‘com’ (collectively referred to as “the Website”). For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise specified, all references to Insatiable Mel include the Website.
