1. Why is Mel’s work so powerful for RAPID results?

Mel will help you connect to your greater mind (subconscious) which is your deepest intelligence that is driving 95% of your behaviours. It is this mind that has created the problems you wish to resolve but will also be where you will find all the answers you need to be free from your problems for good.

It is a fully interactive collaboration where you will be fully involved with Mel to untie all the binds that have got you tangled in your problem. This is the reason most clients feel out of control. They want something, but something inside them is preventing them from taking the actions they want in their desired goals.

Once your conscious (what you’re aware of) and your subconscious mind (what you’re not aware of) have been realigned, rather than one fighting the other, they’ll be working as a team again. As a result, this is where rapid transformations happen.

Often clients are flabbergasted at how silly their problems look after they’re able to see their problems with fresh eyes.

Just think about how other people’s problems don’t seem like a problem to you. This is how you’ll feel once you REALLY see the Truth of your problems. It’s like being someone else looking back at it. Therefore, changing your behaviour will feel natural for you.

3. Why do you have different packages?

There are two main reasons Mel offers different packages.

First, Mel appreciates some people need time to trust her before investing in their transformation. The options are there so they can experience the powerful work before investing in more. Note: One of Mel’s single sessions is equivalent to years of “traditional” therapy because she helps you go to the REAL cause(s) of your problems.

Second, is budget. Every single one of Mel’s services will give you result.

The services depend on the depth of healing and support you wish to receive. It is 100% personal preference. Some people just need a helping hand to get back on track, some want extra security of the longer support and extra healings, and others want to transform their entire life.

The quality of the work has no effect on the size of investment you choose. Whether you choose to invest in only one session or more, you will get results.

Think about your life’s problems a little like peeling an onion. One session will remove a layer of build up trauma in the mind and body (childhood, cultural, society, inherited negative beliefs i.e. your destructive or self sabotage behaviours) will get you back on track, and the bigger investments will transform your life BEYOND recovery.

Transformation packages (Going Deeper) 8 week, 6 month, 12 month
Investing in one of these packages is equivalent to going to therapy for years. Each session equals to about 100 normal talk therapy sessions because it goes directly to the source of your problem.

Each session aims to resolve the problem by removing layer by layer of negative beliefs that are connected to the destructive behaviour.

The power is in the momentum and the compounding effect of the work. In other words, Mel aims to help you take back control of your life as soon as possible.

The Three Principles Transformative (TTP) Coaching only
Think about the healing sessions as the torpedo to annihilate your problem and The Three Principles Transformative coaching as the tidal wave that impacts the rest of your life. Each TTP session is 90 minutes each. Each session is designed to stimulate your greater mind to transform your entire life. This is included in the 8 week, 6 month and 12 month packages, however, the impact of this style of coaching is powerful enough to effectively resolve specific problems. If you choose this as a stand alone session, results are accumulative and take longer compared to other healing methods.

4. What’s the difference between Mel’s healing services and The Three Principles Transformative Coaching?

5. What’s the difference between what Mel does and other therapists or coaches?

Even though Mel is qualified in the best modalities in the cognitive industry and was personally taught by world renowned teachers like Marisa Peer, Mel doesn’t use the techniques “traditional” therapists or coaching uses.

Having worked with hundreds of clients, and personally suffered from multitudes of problems herself, she learned the most impactful work was through developing her instinct to connect with people’s subconscious minds (why you feel helpless; as though you have another mind that is taking over).

Instincts cannot be learned through books or teachers, they can only be developed through time and experience.

When Mel realised techniques would only take her so far, she went beyond the problem to find out the principles of being a human being.

Unlike traditional therapists, coaches or healers, she does not work with the symptoms, for example, the perceived problem i.e. addictions, compulsive behaviours, limiting beliefs, self sabotage, health problems or even pain. Instead, she works with the human underneath the problem.

When clients work on the REAL problem, and not the symptom, it’s like removing the splinter from the wound, not just covering the wound with a plaster, which is what traditional methods commonly do.

By dealing with the real cause of your problem, the result in your life is transformational. Once the splinter is removed, it has a ripple effect on other areas of your life.

6. Do I need to see you in person?

No. The beauty with Mel’s work is that you can enjoy the experience in the privacy of your home. All you need is an internet connection and a way you can clearly see each other on a video conference call such as your phone, tablet but preferably with a large screen like a laptop or computer. If you are based in the South of England, U.K. or South of France, Mel can offer home visits for an extra fee.

7. What do I need to have a session with you?

A good internet connection, a way you can both clearly see each other on a video conference call such as your phone, tablet but preferably with a large screen like a laptop or computer and maybe some earphones, so you can hear each other clearly.

8. Will I be hypnotised?

Even though Mel is a qualified Clinical hypnotherapist, she rarely uses hypnotherapy the way traditional hypnotherapists do.

Contrary to many beliefs, hypnosis is not like what you see on stage shows, it is actually a natural phenomenon. We have been in hypnosis most of our lives. Whether it is the beliefs that were picked up from school, our parents, watching TV or even the labels on cartons saying, “added fibre” that trick us to think it’s healthy; hypnosis is a state of mind that absorbs information with little conscious effort.

Hypnosis is really a relaxed state of our minds when we can absorb information easily.

We are often in hypnosis when we’re in the shower, doing the dishes or driving a car. During these times when we have a relaxed mind, often random ideas flow in because we allow our minds to be creative. This is the natural default of being a human being.

When our minds are settled, fresh new thinking can come through.

Mel will help you connect to your Greater mind to not only resolve your problem with fresh eyes, but to also stimulate it for solutions that are perfect for you. The way Mel sees it, she’s waking you up from the hypnosis that has not been helpful to you.

9. Will I be aware of what I’m doing?

Of course. You will be aware of everything, and you will remain in control throughout the duration of your session. It’s just like having a deep conversation with your best friend. See question 8 for more details.

10. Will I be able to control what I’m doing?

11. Do I have to talk about any traumatic experiences like childhood abuse, etc?

With the exception of  Rapid Transformational Therapy, talking about past trauma is dependant on what comes up in the session. Mel cannot predict what will happen in your session as every client is different.

You have full control of the session, so ultimately you have a choice whether you want to share details of your childhood experiences IF it comes up.

Mel will not ask you about your childhood experiences IF it doesn’t come up, or if it’s not relevant.

Often Mel’s past clients did not need to talk about their past to get a transformative result. However, some clients found when past experiences came up in conversation, sharing it in Mel’s fully confidential sessions were a tremendous release for them.

Mel’s best advice is to show up in your  sessions as open as possible. The more open you are, the quicker the results will be, but it is not vital for change.

12. How long are the sessions?

13. When will I notice any changes or get results?

Changes vary from client to client. Most clients feel an immediate shift in their disposition, some within hours, some within a few days and some changes are accumulative and life changing.

The magic is in the transformative packages (8 week, 6 month, 12 month). You invest in the comfort of the ongoing support during the entire length of time of your chosen package; think of it a fast track to set you up for life!

For single products, the results take longer, but still about ten times faster than traditional therapy.
