❌ Every diet under the sun but you can’t sustain the lifestyle
❌ Fasting or starving yourself until you almost pass out
❌ Cutting out sugar, carbs or anything processed but end up bingeing on them even more
❌ Meditation and breathing exercises but does nothing to stop the binges
❌ Scheduled a cheat or a binge day but ended up bingeing on the other days as well
❌ Reading hundreds of self-help books but not getting any closer to applying them to your problems
❌ Avoid triggering situations like parties, buffets, gatherings or even people, but you still binge when you’re on your own
❌ Hot baths, dancing to music or going for walks but still binge in between
❌ To call a friend but didn’t follow through when the urges to binge were too strong
❌ To write affirmations and even shouting them out loud but you still hate yourself
❌ Spending hundreds of pounds or dollars on diet food, pills, shakes etc. but didn’t work in the long term
❌ Support groups which did not help to stop your binges but triggered you instead
❌ Hours upon hours of talk therapy talking about your childhood, which doesn’t seem to go anywhere but frustrated you even more
