Imagine a baby trying to walk for the first time. Then imagine that same baby throwing a HUGE tantrum after falling over on his first attempt?…

 

In actual fact, can you imagine when you were a baby trying to walk for the first time, and you fell over…

 

… and then again after that…

 

… and then on the fifth go, in a defeated disgruntled moan shouted, “F¥CK this $hit! It’s too HARD… Not gonna bother anymore!”

 

Can you IMAGINE if we ALL gave up after the 2nd, third, fourth, fifth, sixth or even the tenth go???

 

 

How many times do you think an average baby tries to walk before it masters its first steps?

 

A study found that new walkers fell an average of 69 times per HOUR!!!

Let’s say that they normally slept about 14 hours a day, then a few hours of eating and sitting. 

 

So for argument’s sake, that would leave about 6 hours of potential practice for walking right?

 

So the average times a new walker would potentially fall over is…

FOUR HUNDRED and FOURTEEN times A DAY!!!

 

So if you THINK you don’t have any stamina to TRY and RID of your destructive eating habits that are RUINING your life…
